Our customer is a manufacturing group of various plastic products in Vietnam. We supplied many different types of machines to produce plastic shopping bags, plastic packaging products, plastic recycling pellets and other plastic processing products, etc.
In 2019, our customer seeked recycling machine for recycling plastic powders. Our engineer team went to vitamin for discussing solutions face-to-face with the customer.
After multiple discussions and modifications of the machine specifications with our customer, we tailored the recycling machine specifically for dealing with powder waste, like anti-cross-linkage device preventing powder from clumping, hopper with closed cover for powder emit prevention... and so on.
By using plastic powder recycling machine, our customer can consistently produce high productive, high-quality recycled pellets. So far, they have purchased 3 sets of the model: TK-150i in succession.
